So impressed! As a first time flat owner, my unvented water heater stopped working this weekend. I had no idea who to call (a plumber or electrician?) and after reading the small print of my flat paperwork, realised I should have had the thing serviced annually (oops ). I called EasyFlow this morning and they arranged an appointment for the same day. They arrived on time and quickly let me know the problem and the cost. I opted for the repair, delighted that they had the part on their van (no more cold showers!). I asked if I could rebook for a service as well. They actually had time to do it at the same time and identified a few issues (my boost button was incorrectly labelled, temp set too high). I’ll definitely rebook my annual service with them next year to prevent an unexpected bill where possible. So grateful for their super quick and thorough assistance - money more than well spent. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

My boiler fault was with the main electrics and it is a shame the qualified boiler technician was not able to fix this too however I now realise this needed a qualified electrician. I have a maintenance plan with Easy Flow for my unvented cylinder water heater. They service the heater annually and provide an excellent, friendly service. When the heater developed a fault, they were there the same day and sorted everything. Excellent company.

Staff from EasyFlow are G3 qualified which is an additional qualification to normal plumbing qualification, meaning they can service Hot Water tanks

EasyFlow came to do an annual service on our electric boiler after we noticed it was dripping constantly. He replaced the expansion vessel and the temperature and pressure relief valve as they were no longer working. Michael was very friendly and helpful! He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. I was surprised to see a new engineer for my regular water heater service, but the attention and expertise I received were equally welcome. Mike was helpful on answering all my layman questions about it's operation, happily adjusting the peak temperature and advising on timing settings. Got a call back within ten minutes and was promised someone would be round to review that evening and then complete the job a couple of days later if needed. After a few years not having my hot water tank serviced (my own fault) I had a persistent weep from the valves on top of the tank, an initial visit by Easyflow quickly assessed the repairs needed and I received a quotation for the work a day later. It only took one week for parts to arrive and a repair visit to be arranged. Both visits were by the same engineer who was very pleasant to deal with and very informative of the repairs required. Very please with the repairs carried out and all is working fine now.

He immediately identified the issue with my old Megaflo cylinder and fitted a new cold water combination valve during the same visit, price was very reasonable. Having initially tried unsuccessfully to get another company to do it, EasyFlow called me back very quickly and were able to attend just prior to Christmas. We recently had an urgent requirement to change the hot water boiler in one of our cafes which had failed immediately prior to an EHO visit.
